What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

USER/LEARNER

To receive a new password:

  1. Go to i2comply.com and click on the Login button.
  2. Click on the Forgotten Password option.
  3. Enter your username and click on the SEND NEW PASSWORD.
  4. If you don’t receive new login details by email, first check your junk mail folder, then contact support@i2comply.com if you still don’t have them.
  5. If you have forgotten your username, please contact support@i2comply.com.
