No, you do not need to register to purchase a course. Simply add a course to your basket and proceed with the payment. Once your order is complete, your account details will be sent to you within 30 minutes of your purchase, during UK office hours.
It can take longer if the purchase is made during the evening, weekends or bank holidays.
No. There is no time limit for you to complete the course after your purchase.
No. Our training licences don’t expire. Licences that you purchase stay on your account until you use them, and they are only used when a learner starts the training for the first time or when you choose to renew their training.
If you are an organisation looking to purchase for your team, all you need to do is contact us and we can set you up with a demo account.
Yes. Within the training system you can request for training courses to be added to your account. If you run out of licences on your account you can also request for more to be added and we will invoice you.

Yes. We have a 14 day refund policy for any purchases. As long as you have not started the course we will offer a full refund.
